Learn how service charges, unpaid amounts, completed payments, and the account balance relate to one another.

Every charge should relate to a service record

Charges can be linked to a pickup, package, shipment, Buy For Me order, invoice, handling service, insurance, or another approved customer service. Review the reference before paying.

The balance summarizes what remains due

An outstanding balance can include one or more unpaid or partially paid invoices. A zero balance does not necessarily mean that every service is complete; it only reflects the recorded financial position.

Open the related invoice before paying.
Check the currency as well as the amount.
Do not combine unrelated references without instructions.
