Read and verify an invoice

Check the invoice number, linked service, line items, amounts, currency, due status, and payment instructions.

Start with identity and reference

Confirm that the invoice belongs to your account and identifies the correct pickup, package, shipment, order, or service. Use the invoice number when contacting support.

Review every line before the total

Read the description, quantity, rate, service fee, insurance, fuel, handling, tax, credit, prior payment, and remaining amount when those fields apply.

Confirm that the total matches the displayed line items.
Check whether the invoice is unpaid, pending, partially paid, or paid.
Report a discrepancy before submitting payment.
