Submit payment details and proof

Provide the payment reference, provider information, amount, date, and evidence required for verification.

The reference connects the payment to the invoice

Enter the transaction or provider reference exactly as shown on the confirmation. A missing, duplicated, or incorrect reference can delay matching.

Submit clear and complete evidence

When proof is required, provide an image or document that clearly shows the sender, recipient, date, amount, currency, provider, and reference without exposing unrelated sensitive information.

Do not crop out the transaction reference.
Do not submit an unreadable screenshot.
Keep the original confirmation until approval.
