Retain invoices, provider confirmations, receipts, screenshots, transaction references, dates, and support messages until the related service and account balance are fully reconciled.

Report a billing issue with exact references

For a duplicate charge, missing credit, incorrect total, unmatched payment, refund concern, or payment-method problem, open a support ticket and include the invoice number, payment reference, amount, date, and evidence.
