Create and maintain receiver records

Enter the receiver name, relationship, phone, email, and destination information accurately and keep it current.

Use the receiver legal or recognized name

Enter the name that matches identification or the name commonly recognized by the destination branch, delivery service, or authorized organization.

Keep contact information current

Use a phone number that works in the destination country and an email address the receiver checks. Update the record before creating or dispatching a new shipment.

Include the correct country code in the phone number.
Remove obsolete duplicate receiver records.
Do not overwrite one person with another person details.
