Confirm that the declaration, quote, shipment, receiver, warehouse, and destination describe the same delivery plan.

Related records must tell the same story

The selected receiver, country, destination branch or address, package declaration, quote, invoice, and shipment should all match the intended transport and handoff.

Correct mismatches before dispatch

A mismatch can delay billing, customs processing, transport, release, or delivery. Contact support when the receiver or destination cannot be corrected from the customer portal.

Check the receiver on every shipment before approval.
Confirm that the destination country matches the service route.
Do not rely on an old receiver selected by default.
