Select or create the correct receiver and verify contact details before the package becomes part of a shipment.

The receiver is the delivery contact

The receiver is the person or organization expected to receive the shipment at destination. The receiver can be the account owner or another authorized person.

Verify contact and identity information

Use the complete legal name, reachable phone number, email when available, and accurate destination details. Incorrect data can delay release or delivery.

Confirm spelling before finalizing the shipment.
Use a phone number that works at destination.
Update outdated receiver records instead of reusing incorrect data.
