Warehouse statuses and shipment readiness

Understand the difference between expected, received, processing, ready, consolidated, and shipped package states.

Expected is not received

A pre-alert or retailer tracking update can show that a package is expected, but only a warehouse receipt confirms that BUTIGAL physically has the package.

Processing may require customer action

A received package may still need a declaration, receiver, measurement review, payment, correction, or other information before it is ready for shipment.

Read notifications linked to the package.
Resolve declaration or receiver issues promptly.
Review charges before authorizing shipment.

Consolidation changes the main record

When packages are consolidated, the shipment becomes the main transport record. Follow shipment tracking for dispatch, transit, arrival, and delivery.
