Understand what happens after purchased items arrive and what must be completed before shipment.

Purchase completion is not shipment completion

After purchase, the retailer ships the product to a BUTIGAL warehouse. Warehouse receipt, package processing, declaration, receiver information, shipping charges, and operational approval may still be required.

Follow the package and shipment records

Once the purchased item becomes a package, review package details and required actions. After consolidation or shipment creation, use the shipment record for transport and delivery tracking.

Verify package contents and receiver information.
Review the shipping bill separately.
